Раді повідомити про надання Міністерством освіти і науки України стипендій для громадян Республіки Казахстан у закладах вищої освіти України за технічними, економічними та гуманітарними спеціальностями.

Передбачено 30 місць – за освітнім ступенем «бакалавр» та 10 місць – за освітнім ступенем «магістр». Термін подачі документів до Міністерства освіти і науки України – 31 березня 2026 року.

Комплект документів має містити:

- анкету, заповнену друкованими літерами з фотографією, прикріпленою у правому верхньому кутку анкети;

- згоду на збір та обробку персональних даних;

- копії сторінок паспорта з зазначенням громадянства Республіки Казахстан та реєстрації;

- копію документа про раніше здобутий освітній рівень, на основі якого здійснюється вступ, та додаток до нього.

Українська сторона забезпечує стипендіатів безкоштовним навчанням, у тому числі на підготовчому відділені з метою вивчення мови навчання (української), проживанням у гуртожитку з оплатою, такою ж, як і для громадян України, щомісячною надбавкою, відповідно до законодавства України (для студентів освітньо-кваліфікаційних програм «бакалавр»/«магістр») та медичним обслуговуванням, відповідно до законодавства України.

Scholarship Program Details and Application Requirements for Kazakhstan Students (Academic Year 2026/2027)

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is pleased to offer 40 scholarships for Kazakhstan students wishing to study at higher education institutions of Ukraine for the academic year 2026/2027.

Degree level:

• Full-time Bachelor’s degree (up to 30 scholarships);
• Full-time Master’s degree (up to 10 scholarships).
• 
  
• Eligible Fields of study:
• Humanities;
• Social sciences;
• Technic sciences.

 

• The scholarship covers the following items:
• tuition fees for students of Bachelor’s/Master’s degree programs;
• tuition fees for students of one-year preparatory course for purpose studying the training language;
• accommodation at the university dormitory with payment the same as for citizens of Ukraine;
• monthly allowance according to the legislation of Ukraine (for students of Bachelor’s/Master’s degree programs);
• health services according to the legislation of Ukraine.

 

• Eligibility requirements:
• Kazakhstan citizenship;
• Possession of the appropriate education level (general secondary education/Bachelor’s degree).

List of the required documents:

• Scholarship application form (annex 2);
• a copy of the passport (pages with personal information);
• a copy of the educational certificate or diploma, indicating the subjects studied and corresponding grades;
• an academic transcript from the educational institution (if the applicant does not have the educational certificate or diploma at the time of applying for the scholarship).
• Please note that the documents listed in items 2-4 must be translated into Ukrainian with a notarized translation.

We kindly ask you to submit the list of nominees and the applicants’ documents to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine by March 31, 2026.

Upon receiving an affirmative decision from the Ukrainian authorities, applicants should obtain their invitation to study and arrive at the Ukrainian university no later than September 10, 2026 (for Bachelor's, Master's students) and no later than October 31, 2026 for students enrolled in the one-year preparatory course.

To receive an invitation from Ukrainian university, the Scholarship Holder must create a digital applicant account in the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine for Foreigners and Stateless Persons. upload the necessary documents and receive study invitation. Additional Notes:

The language of instruction is Ukrainian. Before starting their degree programs, students must complete a one-year preparatory course to achieve the required level of proficiency in the Ukrainian language (no monthly allowance is provided during this period).

Please note that the Ukrainian authorities do not cover the costs of foreign educational document recognition, annual health insurance, temporary residence permit issuance, legalization or apostille of Ukrainian educational documents, visa,  travel expenses.
